Heavy-duty high speed steel with 5% cobalt content gives the HSS twist drills special heat resistance, making them suitable even for difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel or acid- and heat-resistant steel.
The drills are fully ground from solid material and guarantee high concentricity. Split point tips ensure a centered cut into the workpiece. A wide point angle of 135° guarantees optimum material removal, even with materials that are difficult to machine. The small helix angle provides ideal chip removal and a longer lifetime of the drill bits.
The 25-piece set includes twist drills in all sizes from 1.0 mm - 13.0 mm diameter, in 0.5 mm steps. The sturdy ABS plastic box provides perfect storage and protection for the drill bits. When opened, the box presents the drills very clearly, sorted by size.
